We produce accurate, scaled radius maps of any size (even abutting property maps) depending on the City's planning department or building department's requirements. All property lines are double checked for consistency with the latest Assessor's Parcel Maps.

Mailing labels accompany our radius maps. Mailing labels show property owners or residents/occupants, depending on the City's planning department or other agency's requirement. Each label is keyed with the radius map and cross-checked by our staff.

CERTIFICATION AFFIDAVITS
Notarized Option Available
All radius map packages come with a signed affidavit certifying that all work has been done correctly and that the information is from the latest available tax rolls of the county's Assessor's Office. Certification affidavits may be notarized depending on the City requirements.
