CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS

We offer radius mapping services for conditional use permits (CUP) related to indoor recreation facilities, churches, massage establishments, alcohol service, etc. These applications are typically submitted to the City's planning department.

VARIANCES

Radius maps and mailing labels for variance applications such as height increase, density bonus, or setback reductions. These applications are typically submitted to the City's planning department.

SITE PLAN REVIEWS

Public noticing for minor residential, industrial or commercial construction. Also applies to additions/expansions to existing structures. May apply to permits submitted to community development departments or planning departments. 

TELECOM/ZONING PERMITS

Miscellaneous, specialized zoning permits and other entitlements submitted to the City's planning department, which require public noticing and radius maps. These applications may include cellular antennas in private property or in public right-of-way.

ABC PERMITS

Radius mapping for ABC permits related to the on-sale or off-sale service of alcohol in a retail or restaurant setting. These applications and permits are typically submitted to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) or the City's Planning Department.

MINOR USE PERMITS

Applications that do not go to Planning Commission, but still require public noticing such as Zoning Administrator or Planning Director decisions.

DESIGN OR PLANNING REVIEW

Public noticing for comprised of radius maps, mailing labels, and excel spreadsheet (depending on City) for major construction. These applications are typically submitted to the planning department, building department, or a state agencies.

SUBDIVISION MAPS

Lot splits, lot mergers, tentative tract maps and tentative parcel maps submitted to the City or County's engineering or planning departments that require public noticing. 

CANNABIS

Cannabis applications may require a variety of radius maps, mailing labels, and land use compatibility maps.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTICING

Radius mapping/public noticing services for the public circulation of Environmental Impact Reports (EIR), Mitigated Negative Declarations (MND) and Negative Declarations (ND).

COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT

Coastal Development Permits (CDP) may require public noticing comprised of radius maps and property owner/property occupant labels, depending on the jurisdiction and scope of construction.
